5 Ways To Entertain Yourself In A Lecture

Lectures… if you’re anything like me, you’ll spend half the time thinking about noting the crucial information being explained to you and the other half drawing your own name in fanciful colours and fonts after deciding it’s too late to produce anything of actual worth.

Now though, you can waste your time even more efficiently thanks to the following top five list:

1. Make a List Of Things To Do - Ok, so you may not be the most productive person in the room at this moment in time, but once this lecture finishes, the world is your oyster

2. Blog - Lecture notes are for dullards. Write what you want to and post it online for your course mates to read and be knocked head over heels by your literary genius

3. Doodle - I’m sure you do this anyway but have you considered the possibilities for your work? I’m talking about Dinosaurs, Dracula and Dreamworld landscapes

4. Try Something New - Perhaps you’ve only got a pen and paper in front of you, try making something different. Anyone who constructs a replica model of the Apollo XIII Space Shuttle wins a bonus prize

5. Start A Mexican Wave - Go on, I dare you!
